Entrance, hallway, kitchen with a big dining table for 8 persons, electric cooker with a ceramic hotplate and hot-air oven, fridge with freezer, electric kettle, microwave and dishwasher. A huge living room with a sofa (possible extra bed for 2 persons), fire stove and TV with satellite, video player and DVD. Entrance into the bedroom with a double bed. Bathroom with a shower and toilette. In the attic, there is a little hall with a table and chairs, second bathroom with a shower and toilette and two other bedrooms. One of the bedrooms with a double bed, one separate bed and extra bed. The second and very huge bedroom has two parts and has a private bathroom with a shower and toilette. In the first part, there is a double bed and entrance into the bathroom, in the other part, there is a double bed and table with chairs. Electrical heating. The house is situated in the fenced estate with two terraces, covered swimming pool 6 x 3 m, pergola with garden furniture and garden fireplace, portable grill, fireplace, table tenis and for children there is a sandpit and swing. Own parking space.

A really huge and spacious house, neat and well kept. Two baby cots to disposal. Pets are not allowed. There is Wifi and a washing machine at disposal. Non smoking object. The consumption of electricity included in the price (up to 400 kWh/week). The house is suitable for a maximum of 9/11 persons + 2 babies.

In the South Bohemia, on the edge of a little village Lestina, about 8 km Northwest of the little town Mlada Vozice and 25 km North of a historical town Tabor. The house is situated on the end of the village and the road ends here. It is an ideal place for a calm vacation, also children will be satisfied here. The surroundings offers excellent conditions for swimming, hiking and cycling, collecting berries, fishing (fishing permit is necessary) and for making various trips. In this area, there are many sightseeing, like for example the ruin of a castle Selmberk 8 km, chateau Lounovice 18 km, chateau Jemniste 27 km, historical town Tabor and castle Kotnov 25 km, Chynovska cave 20 km, ruin Kozi Hradek 27 km, chateau Vrchotovy Janovice 20 km, castle Choustnik 30 km. Worth seeing is also the capital city Prague, about 60 km far away.
