Washing machine, sauna and 2 cots at disposal. Pets allowed for a fee € 18,-/pet/week. Non-smoking property. Wifi for a fee CZK 150,-/week. You can also rent some sports equipment for a fee paid on the spot: the lazy tennis rackets, petanque, a ball for volleyball, football, badminton. Consumption of gas and electricity consumption above 50 kWh per week shall be paid on spot. Fire-wood for the evening heating in the fireplace is free at disposal, but if you will burn wood also during the day or by a large consumption of wood it shall be paid on spot CZK 800,-/m3. Final cleaning of the property for a fee of 40 €. The house is suitable for maximum of 12 persons + 1 child under 6 years + 2 babies.
