Next to a living room you will find a bedroom with double bed. Kitchen with electric cooker (4 hotplates) with grill, refrigerator, microwave oven, electric kettle, coffee maker and dining table for 5 persons. From the hall leads stairs to the basement, where is a large luxury bathroom with shower, bath and double washbasin. In the attic there is a hall and three bedrooms – the first with three single beds, the second with one single bed and the third, spacious bedroom with a double bed, sitting area and television. The second separate toilet. Electric central heating. Large, fenced garden (almost 3.500 m2). There is garden furniture with parasols, sun loungers, pergola, garden shower, garden grill, table tennis, swing and swimming pool 6 x 3 m. Parking in the garden.

In agreement with the landlord it is possible to rent 4 bikes for adults and 2 childrens bicycles (including helmets). In winter sledges available for free. Refundable deposit EUR 250,-. The consumption of electricity over 50 kWh per week shall be paid on the spot. Final cleaning EUR 45,-. Villa is suitable for up to 7/8 persons + baby.

In west Bohemia, in the protected landscape area of “Czech Forest”, on the outskirts of the village Pec pod Cerchovem, about 9 km southwest of the town Domazlice and only 10 km from the border with Germany - Folmava/Furth im Wald. The village lies at the foot of the mountain Cerchov - the highest peak of the Bohemian Forest (1042 m). Beautiful, quiet location near the forest. The surrounding area offers excellent conditions for making many of various trips, swimming, hiking and cycling. Nice town Domazlice with a castle 6 km, chateau Horsovsky Tyn 20 km, the ruins Ryzmberk and Novy Herstejn 20 km, town Klatovy town its catacombs 40 km.
