Above you will find the second bathroom with bath and separate second toilet. Bedroom with double bed and a spacious L-shaped bedroom with a double bed and two single beds. Electric central heating through the fireplace heat pipe to the top floor. Royal, fenced garden with covered terrace / pergola, wooden garden furniture and portable barbecue. Garage and private parking.

Cot on request. Pets are not allowed. The beds are equipped with anti-alergic matrasses and duvets and there are no carpets on the floor, so the house is also suitable for allergy patients. Landlady especially welcomes families with children and a quiet groups of people. The house stands in a calm area of family houses, where it is necessary to follow the silent night hours rules after 10 p. m.. The consumption of electricity over 50 kWh per week shall be paid on the spot. The villa is suiteble for a maximum of 6/8 persons + baby.

In the beautiful surroundings of the National Park "Bohemian Forest", at the edge of the village Zablati, about 9 km west of the beautiful, historic city of Prachatice and about 35 km from the border Waidhaus with Germany. Quietly situated on a dead-end road, with a few newly built villas in the area. The area is characterized by mountains, valleys, mountain meadows and deep forests, beautiful landscape near the river Blanice invites hiking, forest fruit picking, biking and picnicking. From your pergola, you have wonderful view over the countryside and the mountains of the Bohemian Forest. The highest mountain Libin (1096 m) with observation tower is 7 km away.
