Modernly equipped apartment room Lavender, which is part of a reconstructed knight's fortress with two other apartments under codes JC 0417 B, JC 0417 C.
The apartment is situated on the first floor with a side outdoor entrance to the building. It has 2 single beds, extra bed, coffee table with kettle, TV, dressing room, bathroom with tub, sink and toilet.
Entrance to the shared premises from the yard. Hallway, modern kitchen with el. ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, electric kettle, basic kitchen equipment and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Living room with 2 dining tables for 16 people in total, kitchen counter, coffee maker, toaster, radio, 2 microwaves, sofa, coffee table, LCD TV and library. Fitness room with various exercise machines and equipment, including chairs for resting. Sauna in a modern style with comfortable loungers, bath tub and two showers. In the next room bicycle shed and laundry room with automatic washing machine and refrigerator, separate toilet. The building is heated by a heat pump and the rooms have radiant infra panels. Wine cellar with fruit and grape wines. The shared yard offers a seating area, a garden grill, a fireplace, a children's slide, and a trampoline. In the second part of the building, sheep graze behind the fence, whose presence adds to the relaxing and rural atmosphere. Parking in front of the building for 3 cars.

In southern Bohemia, on the outskirts of the small village of Dub, in the village Ratibořské Hory, 17 km east of the town Tábor and less than 8 km north of Chýnov. The pension has a square floor plan with the characteristics of a farmstead overlooking the valley of the town of Tábor and the peaks of the Bohemian Forest with increased visibility. The environment is an ideal place for a quiet rest or various trips, both on foot and by bike on a network of cycling and hiking trails. Places of interest in the area include Chýnov Caves and Camel Farm (8 km), Jordán Reservoir (10 km), Ratibořské Hory Chateau (2 km) and Chýnov Chateau (8 km), Choustník Ruins (15 km) and Lookout Towers Velký Blaník and Hýlačka (20 km). The town of Tábor with its historic square, catacombs and Kotnov Tower (17 km) is also worth a visit. In the winter season, there are cross-country skiing trails in the area and the Monínec Ski Area (30 km).
