Kitchen with dining table for 8 persons and kitchenette with ceramic hob, oven, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, kettle and kitchenware. First bedroom with two single beds. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Another separate toilet with sink. There is also a children's room with toys and an LCD TV on the ground floor, accessible directly from the garden. In the attic second bedroom with four single beds. Third bedroom with a double bed. Fourth bedroom with two single beds. Fifth bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, from which is the entrance to the sixth bedroom with two single beds. Seventh bedroom with two single beds. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Central electrical heating. There is a fully fenced garden with a large roofed pergola (36 m2) with sitting area, garden fireplace, outdoor gas heater, fridge/freezer and microwave. In the garden there is a trampoline, basketball basket, sandbox and a swimming pool. Next to the pergola there is also a relaxation room with sauna and hot tub. Parking for at least five cars on a fenced property, another in front of the house.

An ideal place for a quiet family holiday, the surrounding offers perfect conditions for swimming, water sports, fishing - with a permit, cycling (pretty marked trails) or visiting various landmarks and natural beauty of Trebon area. The spa town Trebon with a chateau, Schwarzenberg tomb and a pond "Svet" (swimming, fishing and sightseeing trips by steam boat) 5 km.
