Detached cottage on its own fenced plot, after a complete reconstruction in 2021. You stay in the front half of the cottage with its own entrance and enclosed courtyard. The back of the cottage is not suitable for living and is not rented. Entrance, hall, spacious living room connected to the kitchen. Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, American refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, kitchenware and dishwasher. Dining table for 10-12 people. In the living area a spacious sofa for 7 people (also serves as a sofa bed for 2 people) with coffee table, mini HiFi and LCD TV. Furthermore, the first separate bathroom with shower, bath, sink, toilet and washing machine. In the attic there is a second living room with a sofa (it also serves as a sofa bed for 2 people), LCD TV, a double bed and a single bed. From the living room there is the entrance to the second bedroom with four single beds, which is seamlessly connected to the second bathroom with bath, sink and toilet. Heating of the cottage with electric heaters. Guests have at their disposal a fenced part of the garden in front of the cottage, a garden sitting (beer sets), a portable grill and an above-ground round pool with a diameter of 3 meters. Parking in the yard for 2 cars, 3 cars in front of the building.

Pets are not allowed. Baby cot on request. Electricity consumption 50 kWh/week included, clients pay for the overconsumption on the spot before leaving. Refundable deposit 3,000 CZK. Bed linen is provided by the owner. The building is suitable for a maximum of 11 people + baby.

In southern Bohemia, in the heart of the village of Horní Slověnice, near the Dvořiště pond and 10 km west of Třeboň. The surrounding area is famous for its exceptional conditions for cycling and hiking. This fact is highlighted by one of the most beautiful towns in South Bohemia, Třeboň, which is located 14 km from the cottage. We recommend to visit all the beauties of this town, including Třeboň Castle or spa, but also trails and paths in the surrounding beautiful landscape of South Bohemian ponds. One of the most famous and largest is the Svět pond. In the vicinity of Třeboň you can visit the nearby tomb of the aristocratic Schwarzenberg family and the Třeboň grove, or the famous local brewery. Don't miss other sights in the area, such as the Stráž nad Nežárkou chateau (22 km), the town and chateau of Hluboká nad Vltavou with the Hunting lodge and the Ohrada Zoo (23 km), the historic town of Jindřichův Hradec with its castle (31 km), the town and castle in Nové Hrady with Terčino Valley (39 km) or the South Bohemian metropolis of České Budějovice (21 km). For families with children, we recommend visiting the outdoor park "Slověnický Mlýn", which is located approx. 5 km from the cottage (open July / August).
