A cottage on the banks of the Lužnice river, after a tasteful reconstruction in 2022, with a spacious garden and a large covered pergola. On the ground floor a living room with a dining table for 10 people, a sofa (folds out into a double bed 200x140 cm), an armchair, a swing, a fireplace and a wall-mounted TV. Kitchen with gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, kettle and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower in bath, sink and toilet. Utility room with washing machine. A total of 3 bedrooms in the attic. First and second bedroom with double bed, desk and TV. Third bedroom with a double bed, a single bed (folds out into a regular double bed), a sitting area and access to a balcony with a view of the river. Separate toilet with sink. Heating the building with a fireplace. Guests have at their disposal a spacious fully fenced garden, a covered pergola with seating, a garden fireplace, a trampoline and a sandpit for children. Fenced parking for up to 4 vehicles.

The cottage is located in a quiet cottage area, by the river Lužnice, which has a direct view straight from the property. The place is ideal for walks or rides along the dams of ponds, of which there are literally countless in the locality. In addition to beautiful cycle paths and hiking trails under the treetops, we can find here, for example, the Červená Lhota castle (32 km), the narrow-gauge train in Jindřichův Hradec (31 km), the spa town of Třeboň (16 km) or the town of Hluboká nad Vltavou with its fairytale castle and nearby zoo (36 km).
