Modernly equipped, typical South Bohemian cottage with a completely enclosed yard with a sitting area and a hot tub. The cottage is divided into 2 apartments, which are only rented to one group of people as a whole and is therefore suitable for example for 2 befriended families.
First duplex apartment: On the ground floor, a living room with a sofa set, dining table, LCD TV and a kitchenette with an electric stove, a microwave oven, a fridge with a freezer, a kettle and a dishwasher. Bathroom with shower, sink, washing machine and toilet. Upstairs bedroom with double bed and single bed. Another single bed (width 140 cm) freely above the living area. Possibility of opening another bedroom with a double bed by prior agreement (surcharge on the spot CZK 250/person/night). Heating with a gas.
Second apartment: Living room with sofa, dining table and kitchenette with electric stove, microwave oven, fridge with freezer, kettle and dishes. Bedroom with two bunk beds. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Heating with a tiled stove and an electric direct heater.
Guests have at their disposal a completely enclosed garden with a covered dining table and gas grill, outdoor seating with a parasol, a rocking bench and a hot tub. Parking for two vehicles in the yard.Part of accommodation

Pets are allowed only by prior arrangement (CZK 100/pet/night). Bed linen, towels and Wi-fi connection are included in the price of the stay. Energy is paid for on the spot according to actual consumption (CZK 8/kWh). Refundable deposit CZK 2,000. The property is suitable for 8 people with the possibility of increasing the capacity to 10 people (opening of the second bedroom in a duplex apartment with a double bed - fee 250 CZK/person/night paid on the spot).

In Třeboň region in South Bohemia, in a popular cycling area, 36 km from České Budějovice and 27 km south of Tábor. The cottage is located in the village of Dráchov between the villages of Soběslav and Veselí nad Lužnicí. The whole of Třeboň region is known for good conditions for cyclists, with a number of cycle paths along ponds and vast forests. Undoubtedly, the spa town of Třeboň with its castle, castle garden and Schwarzenberg tomb by the Svět pond (30 km), Hluboká nad Vltavou castle with a nearby zoo (34 km), fairytale castle Červená Lhota (19 km), historic town of Tábor (27 km) is definitely worth a visit.
