Free standing house, renovated in 2002. Entrance to the hall, living room with sitting suit, dining table for 4 persons, fireplace and TV with satellite. Kitchen with dining table for 4 persons, electric cooker with ceramic hob, fridge, coffee maker, tea kettle and microwave oven. Modern bathroom with bath and toilet. Upstairs 3 bedrooms – first with double bed, second with double bed and one single bed and third with double bed and two single beds. Second bathroom with shower and toilet. Garden, garden furniture, parasol, pergola, mobile grill and round swimming pool (3,6 m in diameter) with filtration. Electric central heating. Own parking-site.

Note on accommodation

Cot on request. No pets allowed. Washing machine available. Renting of 2 bikes possible after agreement with the landlord. The consumption of electricity over 50 kWh per week shall be paid on the spot. In the winter season (from November till April, except of Christmas and Silvester weeks) are only 2-week stays possible. Also CZK 2000,- shall be paid for pre-heating of the house during winter season. The house is suitable for maximum of 8/9 persons.

House stands in the middle of protected area „Slavkovsky les“, house and garden south-oriented, small brook flows next to the house. Shop 500 m, 2 and 6 km. Restaurant 2 and 6 km. Open-air pool in Krasno 1 km. In-door pool 15 and 20 km. Tennis, minigolf and horse riding 3 km. Golf 10 and 20 km. Forest 1 km.
