Open kitchenette, refrigerator, 4 gas-jets, coffee maker, tea kettle and microwave oven. Bedroom with two double beds; and two twin bedded rooms. Bathroom with shower bath, separate toilet. Own garden 1200 m2, garden furniture with beach umbrella, outdoor fire place, fire pit, swing, swinging bench and sunk swimming pool (6 x 3 x 1,5 m). Gas central heating. Own parking lot.
