Washing machine. First floor is new, with spacious living room with sofa, dining table, sat-TV, small Hi-fi and entry to balcony. Open kitchenette, refrigerator, 4 gas-jets, coffee maker, tea kettle and microwave oven. Bedroom with two double beds; and two twin bedded rooms. Bathroom with shower bath, separate toilet. Own garden 1200 m2, garden furniture with beach umbrella, outdoor fire place, fire pit, swing, swinging bench and sunk swimming pool (6 x 3 x 1,5 m). Gas central heating. Own parking lot.

In very spacious garden (ca 3000 m2) sits also the landlord’s house. Two baby cots and two high chairs on request. Pets are not allowed. Washing machine and WiFi internet connection at disposal.
