Beautiful, with feeling and tastefully renovated country house with private fenced garden. Entrance, living room connected with kitchen. Kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, kettle and dishwasher. The kitchen has a dining table for 4 people. Living room with sitting area (at the same time folding bed for 2 persons), LCD TV and fireplace. Two bedrooms each with a double bed. Bathroom with bath, sink and toilet. The house is heated by the fireplaces or electric. You have a covered terrace with garden furniture, a portable barbecue and a hammock at your disposal. Parking for 2 cars in front of the house.

On the edge of the small village Žitovlice, 14 km north of Nymburk and 22 km south of the famous nature reserve Bohemian Paradise. The environment of the house offers many opportunities for active recreation and relaxation. Cyclists will not only appreciate the flat terrain, but also the Labska trail through the towns of Poděbrady and Nymburk. For families with children, Loučeň Castle is an ideal destination, offering a park with labyrinths and other attractions in addition to a traditional and historic building. The nearby area is also known for agrotourism. At the local farms you can enjoy local organic products and learn new things (horseback riding, cooking classes, excursions). If you want a program for your children, do not forget the Fajnpark in Chlumec nad Cidlinou with more than 40 attractions. About 300 meters from the house is a small lake where you can swim. In the neighborhood there are two more lakes (the water quality depends on the weather conditions). A larger swimming pool is located in Nymburk (14 km), an indoor swimming pool with sauna in Poděbrady (16 km).
