Free standing, good equipped and comfortably furnished holiday house. Entrance, foyer, living room with couch, dining table, fire stove, TV and entrance to glassed room with indoor swimming pool 6 x 3.5 m (without heating, for the disposal from the Juni till the half of September). Via the room with pool you can get to the large terrace. Kitchen with electric cooker, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric tea kettle, microwave oven and dish washer. Bathroom with bath and WC. Upstairs there is a hall – gallery with two single beds, bedroom with a double bed and a relaxing room from which is the entrance to the second bathroom with shower and toilet. Electric central heating with a thermostat. Nice kept garden is enclosed by a hedge which provides enough privacy. Two terraces (one covered), garden furniture (table and benches) and garden fireplace to disposal. Own parking-site.

In the foothills of the Eagle Mountains, in a holiday area Rezek, 3 km from the town Nove Mesto nad Metuji and ca. 10 km south from the town Nachod. The challet stands on a hill, by a forest, secluded – challet is from all sides surrounded with a high hedge, which provides absolute privace. In the surroundings there are found many sightseeings, e.g. chateau Ratiborice and „Babiccino“-valley 20 km, sandstone-rock-town Adrspach-Teplice and „Broumovske“-rocks 20 km, castle Kuks 35 km, Zoo and safari Dvur Kralove nad Labem 40 km, chateau Nachod 10 km, chateau Nove Mesto nad Metuji 3 km. The whole area offers ideal conditions for hiking, cycling, picking of forest fruits or fishing.
Distances: Basic foods, supermarket, restaurant (Nove Mesto nad Metuji) 3 km. In the town Nove Mesto nad Metuji you can find also outdoor and indoor swimming pool, sauna and tennis.
