Description of accommodation

Detached luxury cottage after complete reconstruction, comfortably furnished. Entrance, hall, spacious living room with kitchen. Kitchen with gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker (classic + capsule), kettle, kitchenware, dishwasher and draft equipment (beer upon agreement with the owner). In the living room dining table for 10 persons, seating group with coffee table, Hi-Fi tower and LCD TV. The entire room is dominated by a tiled stove with hot-air distribution. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom, bathroom with shower and separate toilet. On the 1st floor there are three bedrooms, first bedroom with a double bed, attic with four single beds and bathroom with whirlpool tub, sink and toilet. Second bedroom with a double bed, attic with two single beds and bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Third bedroom with a double bed, one single bed, attic with single bed and bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The house is heated by electric heaters, floor heating and the possibility of a local stove. There is a non-fenced garden, garden sitting with portable grill, whirlpool (only whole week stays in summer), for children there is a swing, slide and trampoline. Parking by the house for 5 cars.

Note on accommodation

Dog allowed (small/medium breed, CZK 150, -/pet/day). Two cots available (CZK 150, - /cot/stay). WiFi connection and bed linen included. The consumption of electricity and wood is paid on the spot. Guest can use a washing machine. Upon request, the landlord provides coffee capsules, draft beer and wine from the cellar for a fee. Deposit CZK 5 000, -. In a separate part of the house there is an apartment of the owner, who can exceptionally stay there. The house is suitable for a maximum of 16 persons + 2 babies. In case of cancellation, there are special cancellation conditions: 100 % of the price 90 days before arrival (for week stays, in exceptional cases by arrangement) or 100 % 30 days before arrival (for weekend stays).

Location description

In the popular Jizera Mountains, 8 km east of Jablonec nad Nisou and approximately 19 km from Liberec. The house is located in a remote area and is surrounded mostly by forests and hills, which makes it an ideal place for a quiet rest from the hustle and bustle of cities. The place is suitable for both hikers and cyclists thanks to the large number of trails with views of the surrounding nature. In winter, skiers and cross-country skiers can enjoy vast possibilities of winter sports in the region. Tens of kilometers of adjusted cross-country trails and a number of ski resorts with good access from the house guarantee ideal conditions. If you plan sightseeing, we recommend visiting Liberec with a monastery, technical museum and a zoo (18 km), Bozkov Dolomite Caves (19 km), ruins of rock castle Vranov (18 km) or famous tower on Ještěd (25 km).
