Entry, passage, hall with stove (wood), spacious living room with arm-chairs by the fireplace, sitting suit, dining table and TV with satellite and DVD. Kitchen with dining table, small TV, cooker with four gas plates and electric oven, fridge, coffee maker, tea kettle and microwave oven. Bathroom with shower, separate toilet. Upstairs four bedrooms – each with one double bed. Two extra beds available. One of the bedrooms is equipped with ratan furniture and TV. Electric central heating. Non-fenced property, behind the house sitting (wooden table and bench) with parasol. Mobile grill and fire pit at disposal. Own parking-site for 2 cars.

Cot on request. Pets are not allowed. Refundable deposit EUR 160,-/week, in winter EUR 240,-. The consumption of electricity and wood for heating shall be paid on the spot. House is suitable for max. 8/10 persons. The prices in the price list are scheduled for maximal occupation of 8 persons. Two more persons are possible for extra fee on the spot – CZK 1 500,-/Person/week. About free terms please ask in our office.

In heart of Jizera Mountains, in the vicinity of village Desna, ca 4 km north of town Tanvald. Very calm place, almost in the wilderness (in surrounding only several other houses), in the elevation of ca 670 m above sea level. House stands in a slope, at the edge of forest, on a larger forest opening, where a brook flows and where children can play and observe deer, which goes regularly to a rack here. View of green, meadows, forests, surrounding houses and opposite slope.
Distances: Grocery shop (Desna) 2 km. Restaurant 500 m. Supermarket (Desna) 2 km and (Tanvald) 4 km. Open-air pool (Tanvald) 4 km, in-door pool – aquapark and sauna (Jablonec nad Nisou) 10 km. Tennis (Smrzovka) 6 km. Pond for swimming, water sports and boat rental (Mseno) 10 km. Forest 50m.
