Free standing, spacious cottage, reconstructed in 2005, efficiently and pleasantly furnished. Entrance, hall, ski room and separate toilet. Living room with sitting suit for 8 persons, TV and nice fireplace. Kitchen with a dining nook, electric cooker, refrigerator, coffee maker, tea kettle and microwave oven. Verandah wiht dining tables and benches. Small, walk-through bedroom with a fold-out couch (is also an extrabed for 2 persons). Spacious social room, which is from the small bedroom or from outside accessible. In the common room there is complete tap-device, fire stove, cooling case and sitting – tables and benches. From the hall leads the staircase in the attic. Upstairs there is a hall, bathroom with bath and toilet, the second bathroom with shower and toilet and other four bedrooms. The first two – each with one bunk-bed and two single beds and the other two – each with a bunk-bed and three single beds. In the basement of the house there is a sauna with shower and toilet (access from the garden). Heating with fireplace and fire stove, in the winter central heating (the housekeepar is taking care of heating). Cottage stands on its own fenced land, there is garden furniture, portable garden grill and swimming pool 5,5 x 3 m with covering at disposal. Own parking lot.

Pets allowed for a fee € 18,-/pet/week. Sauna at disposal. Renting of two bikes possible after agreement with the landlord and for a fee. In the winter time the housekeeper takes care of heating (lives elsewhere). The consumption of electricity and fire wood shall be paid on the spot. The house is suitable for max. 20 persons. The weekend stays are also possible for EUR 425,-.

In the east Bohemia, at the edge of small village Cerveny Potok, ca 4 km east of town Kraliky and only 8 km from the border with Poland. The cottage stands almost secluded, on a hill, in the middle of beautiful nature with view of green, meadows, hills and forest. The village Cerveny Potok is situated in the valley below the peak Kralicky Sneznik (1423 m), between the Ore mountains and mountain Hruby Jesenik. The area offers ideal conditions for hiking, you can discover beautiful scenery, enjoy the clean mountain air, ride a bike or take various trips. There are many sights in the area, such as the Monastery Dolni Hedec 8 km, cave "Na Pomezi" 40 km, chateau, military museum and hand-paper-factory in Velke Losiny 26 km, chateau Lanskroun 35 km, the sources of the Morava River, mountain top Kralicky Sneznik.
Distances: Basic foods and supermarket (Kraliky) 4 km, restaurant in the village 200 m. Open-air pool and tennis (Kraliky) 4 km. In-door pool (Sumperk) 25 km. The dam Pastviny 20 km (swimming, water sports, boat and treddle renting). Fishing - trout water 500 m (permission necessary). Forest 900 m.
Winter info: Well-known ski centre Skiareal Sneznik - Dolni Morava only 2 km (slopes, lifts, two 4-chairs-lifts, artificial snowing, night skiing, ski school, ski renting, ski service, sleigh-track, adrenalin centre). Ski centres Bukova Hora and Cenkovice 20 km (7 lifts, slopes 400-1000 m lang with diferent levels of difficulty, artificial snowing and night skiing). - Photogallery
