Free-standing wooden hut, newly built in the year of 2008, in the original local style, very nice and comfortably furnished. Entrance, corridor, living room with sofa, fireplace and dining table. Open kitchen with ceramic hob, refrigerator, coffeemaker, kettle and microwave oven. The bathroom with massage shower and toilet. In the first floor you find a bedroom with double bed and one extra bed and second bedroom with two separate beds. Heating by fireplace (with a distribution into the other rooms). House stands on a nonfenced ground and there is a wooden terrace available with a garden furniture, parasol and a fireplace. Private parking.

One dog is allowed for fee EUR 30,- / dog / week. Clients shall pay fee for a final cleaning (EUR 45,-) and for consumption of fire wood (EUR 40,-/cbm) on the spot. House is suitable for max. 4/5 persons.

At the foot of the Giant Mountains, almost alone (there are only about 3 other houses in the neighbourhood), near the forest in the middle of a beautiful landscape. The house is located near the village Vysinka, about 8 km north of the town of Dvur Kralove nad Labem, and only about 29 km from the border with Poland. Beautiful view of the surroundings, the forests and meadows. Ideal for peaceful holiday in the midst of nature. Great opportunities for walking, cycling and visiting various historic and cultural monuments - Castle Pecka 25 km, chateaus Kuks 12 km, Ratiborice 19 km, Nove Mesto nad Metuji 33 km and Nachod 30 km. Wonderful ZOO – Safari park in Dvur Kralove nad Labem only about 10 km far.
Distances: The essential grocery shop (Kocber a Hranice) both 3 km, supermarket and swimming pool (Dvur Kralove nad Labem) 8 km, restaurant 300 m.
