A cottage built in 2022 with a large pergola and an inground pool in the garden. On the ground floor, a common room with sofa set, dining table, TV, fireplace and kitchenette with gas stove, oven, microwave oven, large fridge with freezer, kettle and dishwasher. On the ground floor there is also a first bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a bath, toilet and washing machine. Upstairs, a smaller bedroom with two standard single beds and one extended bed (200x140cm). Third bedroom with double bed, single bed, cot and TV. Second separate WC. Central heating of the building - stove with heat exchanger. There is a completely fenced garden with finnish sauna for 6 people, a children's playground, a sandpit, a large pergola with seating, a fireplace and an inground pool. Parking at the building.
