Description of accommodation

Detached house, partly renovated in 2007. Entrance hall, living room with sitting area with chairs and tables for total of 13 persons and TV. Small room for smokers with sofa for 3 people. Bathroom with double sink and shower. Second shower with entrance from the smoke room. Separate toilet. Bedroom with two single beds and one extra bed. Bedroom with two single beds, bunk beds and one extra bed. Upstairs, separate toilet and three bedrooms. Bedroom with three single beds, bedroom with single bed and one extra bed and a bedroom with four single beds and one extra bed. All bedrooms have a dining table and an equipped kitchenette including 2 hotplates and water cooker. Central heating with solid fuels (automated control). The house is on a private plot, sits at the campfire site, portable garden grill at disposal. Private parking.

Note on accommodation

Baby cot on request. Pet is allowed for fee EUR 2,- / pet / day. Internet connection. Clients take their own bedlinen or can rent it for a fee EUR 3,-/set paid on the spot (please, mention it in the reservation form). The consumption of water, electricity and the final cleaning is included in the price. The heating costs shall be paid on spot (year round, except New Year's Eve week). The house is suitable for maximum of 10/17 persons. But prices in the summer price list are stated for maximal occupancy of 9 persons + baby, each person up to maximal allowed occupancy have to pay extra EUR 58,-/person/week (valid for last 2 weeks in June, July and August) and EUR 44,-/person/week in the other periods, fee for a child up to 2 years is EUR 13,-/child/week/yearly. For the winter season is another sorting valid. For Christmas, New Year's Eve, January and March are prices in the price list stated for max. 13 persons + baby, each person up to maximal allowed occupancy have to pay extra EUR 65,-/person/week, fee for a child up to 2 years is EUR 13,-/child/week/yearly; for Februar are the prices in the price list stated for 14 persons and 2 babies, each person up to maximal allowed occupancy have to pay extra EUR 65,-/person/week, fee for a child up to 2 years is EUR 13,-/child/week/yearly. In the other winter periods (November, December excluding Christmas and New Year's Eve, April) are prices in the price list stated again for 9 persons + baby, each person up to maximal allowed occupancy have to pay extra EUR 58,-/person/week, fee for a child up to 2 years is EUR 13,-/child/week/yearly.

Location description

In the Giant Mountains, the house is almost alone standing on a slope, at the edge of the woods, in the village Dolni Dvur, about 5 km northeast of the city Vrchlabi. In the valley flows the small river "Male Labe“. The area has much to offer in summer and winter. In summer hiking, biking, swimming, exploring the beautiful landscape and several trips. Castle Pecka 24 km, castle Kumburk 27 km, castle Jilemnice 12 km, safari - Zoo Dvur Kralove nad Labem 28 km, flights per sport aircraft lanové 3 km. In winter the area offers a large choice of several possibilities for skiing and cross-country.
Distances: Basic food and restaurant (Dolni Dvur) 300 m, supermarket (Vrchlabi) 6 km. Swimming pool (Lánov) 3 km, indoor pool and sauna (Cerny Dul) 10 km, (Jilemnice) 12 km. Tennis 250 m, golf, bicycle rental, swimming and boats rental (Vrchlabi) 6 km, and swimming in the lake (Čistá) 6 km, golf course (Mladé Buky) 22 km. Forest 30 m.
Winter info: In winter the area offers a large choice of several possibilities for skiing and cross-country skiing. The environment is rich in various ski resorts, with ski runs for both beginners and advanced, ski rental, ski schools, evening skiing and all facilities. The nearest possibility for skiing is about 400 m from your house. Here you can find 3 ski lifts and 1 child lift, ski school, ski rental and evening skiing. For the more advanced skiëers there are ski resorts in Dolni Dvur 1,5 km, Cerny Dul 10 km, 11 km Herlikovice, Janske Lazne 16 km, 22 km Spindleruv Mlyn. Cableway to the Cerna Hora (Black mountain) 16 km. Artificial ice rink in Vrchlabi 6 km.
