Free-standing country house, in 2008 newly built in the original architectural style typical for this area. Very comfortably furnished and well maintained. Entry, hallway, common room with dining tables for 10 persons, beautiful tile stove and entry into the kitchen with electric stove with a ceramic hotplate, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric tea kettle and microwave oven. Four bedrooms - one downstairs and three upstairs. Each bedroom is equipped with one double bed, one fold-out sofa (an extra bed), sat-TV and own bathroom with shower and toilet. Garage with table tennis. Gas heating. The garden is partially fenced, there are garden furniture and grill under the covered terrace, sand pit, swing, jungle gym and a swimming pool (diameter of 3,6 m) at disposal. Private parking for 3 - 5 cars in the garden.

Baby cot on request. Pets are not allowed. There is WiFi-internet connection at disposal. The consumption of electricity and gas shall be paid on spot to the landlord. Covers are also suitable for people with allergies. House is ideal for friendly families - all can be together and still all have enough privacy. Possibility to rent sledges or scooters (4 pieces) in the building. The house is suitable for a maximum of 10 persons.

In the Giant Mountains, on the edge of the very small new garden-suburb, near the spa town Janske Lazne. The house stands on a quiet place near the forest with a view of the green, of the forest and several other new villas. Excellent location with a number of cultural and sports facilities within the grasp – e.g. the cable way to the mountain „Cerna Hora“ (1299 m) is only 1 km, the cableway to the highest mountain in the Giant Mountains „Snezka“ (1602 m) 15 km. Swimming pool, whirlpools and spa procedures accessible on foot 700 m, chateau Jilemnice 22 km, castle Pecka 37 km, protected landscape area „Adrspach“ sandstone rocks 30 km.
Distances: Basic foods and several restaurants 300 m - 1 km. Supermarket (Trutnov) 12 km. There is also an aqua park. Indoor swimming pool only 700 m. Other indoor swimming pool with sauna and jacuzzi and golf course (Mlade Buky) 7 km. Tennis courts and minigolf 400 m, riding ponys 500 m. Rental of bicycles, mountain scooters and other sport equipment in ski area Janske Lazne - Cerna hora (ETC Sport) 1 km. Fishing (with a permit) in trout-waters in the river „Upa“ 3 km or in the pond (Trutnov) 15 km. The forest 20 m.
Winter info: In the ski season the skibus stops right at your door - only 20 m! Just 500 m from the house there is a ski lift, ski lift for children with childrens slope is only 300 m away. Ski area Janske Lazne - Cerna hora with 2 cableways, 15 ski lifts and the many slopes of different levels only 1 km.
