Ground floor - 1st apartment: entrance, corridor, living room with sofa (double bed), dining table, fireplace and satellite receiver. Open kitchen with kitchenette with gas stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee maker and microwave. Bathroom with bath, toilet and washing machine. Bedroom with double bed and single bed and baby bed. Swap table. Own terrace 30 m2 with garden furniture. Upstairs - 2nd apartment: corridor, living room with sofa, dining table, TV and open kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee maker and microwave oven. Bathroom with bath, toilet and washing machine. Two bedrooms - one with a double bed and a single bed and the other with two single beds. Own terrace 24 m2 with garden furniture.Between the two apartments is closable connecting staircase. The house stands on its own unfenced land with garden, available for both apartments portable garden grill and for children there is also a trampoline, slide, swing, sandpit and a small pool without filtration. In the Bohemian Forest (Sumava), in the beautiful countryside around the reservoir (lake) Lipno, in the protected landscape area called „Blansky les“, in the village Slupenec, on a hill above a lovely historic town Cesky Krumlov (in on the list of World Culture Heritage of UNESCO). Really nice and quiet place at the foot of the hill Klet (1083 m high), near the forest, with amazing view of the surrounding area – of the meadows and wooded hills of the Bohemian Forest (Sumava). An ideal location for exacting clients – the surroundings offer excellent possibilities for sport and cultural enjoyment, in the area are found many historical sightseeings, you can make various activities here. The town Cesky Krumlov with romantic alleyways, many restaurants and terraces – often above the river Vltava, which flows through the town, with beautiful chateau, a unique open-air theatre and other facilities is only 1 km distant. Monastery Zlata Koruna 8 km, castle Rozmberk 19 km, the metropolis of South Bohemian Ceske Budejovice 23 km, chateau Hluboka nad Vltavou, hunting lodge Ohrada and the Zoo 32 km.
Distances: Basic foods, many restaurants and supermarket (Cesky Krumlov) 1 km. In the town Krumlov there is also an out-door and in-door swimming pool, sauna, tennis court, golf course, boats for rent and lots of other facilities. Horse riding possibility behind the house - only 200 m! Swimming in pond 1,5 km. White water down-running and rafts rental (Zlata Koruna) 7 km. Large recreational water reservoir Lipno with a beach, where you can swim, run water sports, rent boats and sailboats or do fishing (with a permit) and make many other activities 20 km.
