Detached recreational house. Entrance, hall, living room with fire stove, TV-set with DVD, sitting area and dining tables for total 12 persons. Small kitchenette with electric stove, refrigerator, coffee-maker, electric kettle and microwave oven. Bathroom with a shower. Separate toilet. Bedroom with two single beds and sitting area. On the first floor there is a hall, second toilet and three bedrooms – one with a double bed and two single beds, second continuous with a double bed and a single bed and the third with a double bed and a single bed. Central heating for solid fuel (during winter time heats the landlord - he goes to the boiler in the garage). The garden is fenced, wooden garden furniture with sun-umbrella, mobile barbecue. Own parking place.

Cot on request. One dog allowed (Fee for a dog 30 EUR/week). The consumption of electricity over 50 kWh per week and consumption of solid fuels shall be paid on the spot (the payment for solid fuels is during the winter season approximately CZK 1.500,- / week). The landlord takes care about the heating in the winter time - the kettle is in the garage. The house is suitable for max. 8/10 persons.

In Luzicke Mountains, in a small village Studeny, ca. 8 km to the north from the town Ceska Kamenice, in the national park Ceske Svycarsko, with wonderful sandstone formations. The house stands on a slope, around the garden runs a brook, view of surrounding meadows and houses. The surrounding is ideal for hiking, cycling and visiting various places of interest – within 7 – 35 km you can find chateaus (Benesov nad Ploucnici, Zakupy and Lemberk), ruins, monastery and sandstone formations. Well-known Panska-rock is only 13 km away from the house – the stones from this locality were used for building of cofferdams in Netherlands.
