In 2023, a newly built holiday house, divided into 3 individual apartments, with a spacious garden with a children's playground, a sandpit and an above-ground pool.
Each apartment is equipped with four beds, a dining table, a TV, a kitchenette with a glass ceramic hob, a microwave oven and a fridge with a freezer. Bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Heating with floor heating. Outdoor seating on the spacious terrace. Guests can fully use the large garden with sandpit, children's playground and above-ground pool (shared with object JC 0404). Pets on request (CZK 100/small dog, CZK 200/large/day). Baby cot on request (CZK 50/night). WiFi connection, electricity consumption energy, towels and bedding included! Refundable deposit CZK 3,000. The object is suitable for a maximum of 12 people + a baby. The possibility of increasing the capacity up to 28 people in case of ordering with a secondary object JC 0404.

In South Bohemia, on the edge of the quiet village of Žitná, 7 km from the town of Netolice and 18 km west of the popular Dehtář pond. As it is a locality with mostly flat terrain and a number of nature trails and cycle paths between the ponds (you can connect to them right next to the building), cyclists and hikers in particular will find themselves here. Among the sights in the vicinity that are worth visiting are undoubtedly the Kratochvíle castle (6 km), the eye-catching ruins of the Helfenburk castle (23 km), the Dehtář pond (18 km), the Hluboká castle (28 km) or the historic town of Netolice (7 km). Thanks to the large number of cycle paths, practically all the surrounding attractions are perfectly accessible by bike.
