Sofa on a slightly raised corner room (also double sofa bed), television. Dining table for 8 people. Fully equipped corner kitchen with stove (electric oven and gas plate), dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, kettle. There is one bed behind the fireplace in the corner. On the ground floor you will also find a bedroom with a double bed and a seating area and a bathroom with shower, bathtub, sink and toilet. The stairs lead to the floor from the hall. Here is the second bathroom with bathtub, sink and toilet and two large bedrooms. One bedroom with a double bed and one single bed and a second bedroom with two single beds, a baby cot and steep stairs into a very spacious attic. Here bigger kids can sleep on two mattresses on the floor. Central gas heating. The house is set in a large garden (3500 m2), which is fenced and partly surrounded by a high wall. Thanks to this wall, nobody can see into the garden and you have your peace and privacy here. The garden is well maintained, you have a large, covered pergola with garden furniture and a solid barbecue fireplace. There is also a large 8x4m swimming pool (1.5 m deep) including countercurrent and heat pump heating. There are also two ornamental pools with red fish in the garden. Children's cot and swing. Parking on the grounds for two cars, another car can stand in front of the gate. The house is suitable for up to 8/9 persons + two children + baby.
