Description of accommodation

Free-standing, in 2010 newly built, very attractive and modernly and comfortably furnished house with a roofed, solar-heated swimming pool. Entrance, hall, spacious living room with sofa for 6 persons (possibility of two extra beds), satellite TV and DVD, fireplace and a pool table. Modern, open kitchen with a bar and bar stools, electric ceramic hob, hot air oven, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, kettle, dishwasher, dining table for six persons and satellite TV. Three bedrooms, all accessible from the living room. The first two - each with two elevated beds and a sofa bed (possibility of two extra beds) and the third bedroom accessed by spiral staircase with a sofa bed (two beds). Bathroom with shower and toilet. There is a sauna and bathroom with a whirlpool tub. Electric central heating (solar panels). The house stands on a large, fenced land, there is a sheltered, solar heated swimming pool 7,5 x 3,5 with salt water and a slide, garden furniture, garden gas grill, covered gazebo with a garden furniture and a fireplace with seating. Parking in front of the building.

Note on accommodation

Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking property. The Wi-Fi internet connection. The pool is open all year round and is included in the price of the stay. From 15.6.-30.9 the owner guarantees the water temperature. In the following months, it depends on the outside temperature. In the cold season, the pool is used as a cooling pool from the sauna. Refundable deposit EUR 260,- (EUR 310,- for Christmas and New Year´s Eve). The electricity consumption, water consumption and wood consumption shall be paid on the spot. Fee for the whirlpool tub is € 12,-/day. Clients are kindly asked to follow the house rules. The house is suitable for up to 8/10 persons.

The number of guests at the facility may in no case exceed the maximum capacity of the facility (see V.O.P.). In the event that guests invite a visitor without the prior consent of the owner and violate this rule, they will be subject to V.O.P. expelled from the building without compensation.

On the Czech-Moravian highlands, almost secluded (only two other houses) in a small village Vilemovec, about 1,5 km from the village Lipnice nad Sazavou and 7 km south of the town Svetla nad Sazavou. The house stands on a beautiful, very peaceful location near the forest. The area offers ideal conditions for hiking, biking, swimming and making many of various trips. From many attractions in the surrounding lets name for example the castle Lipnice nad Sazavou 1,5 km, Ledec nad Sazavou 17 km, monastery Zeliv 23 km, chateaus Zleby and Malec 35 km or the open air museum Vesely kopec 45 km.
Distances: Basic food and restaurant (Lipnice nad Sazavou) 1,5 km, supermarket, restaurant and other amenities (Svetla nad Sazavou) 7 km. Outside swimming pool (Humpolec) 13 km and (Havlickuv Brod) 15 km. Swimming in the river and the canoe rental (river Sazava) 6 km. Indoor pool and sauna (Havlickuv Brod) 15 km. Tennis court (Svetla nad Sazavou) 7 km. Fishing (permit required) river Sazava 6 km. The forest 50 m.
Winter info: Ideal for cross-country skiing (Bohemian-Moravian Highland). Skiing in Hlinsko 45 km (lift, slope, night skiing, ski renting, ski school).
