Pleasantly furnished holiday cottage with its own garden with mature trees and good walking distance to the banks of the Seč dam. On the ground floor, a spacious living room with sofa, TV, fireplace and dining table. It is directly connected to the kitchenette with electric stove, microwave oven, toaster, Remo, coffee machine (for capsules), kettle and dishwasher. Fridge with freezer in the hallway. Bathroom with sink and shower. Separate WC. A total of 3 bedrooms in the attic, all with double beds. Possibility of sleeping in an open attic alcove on 2 mattresses (ladder access). Heating the building with fireplace stoves. Guests have at their disposal a partially fenced garden with outdoor seating, a swing set, a garden grill and covered seating in the cottage annex. Parking at the property for 2 vehicles.

In the protected landscape area of Železné hory, in a cottage settlement by the recreational dam Seč, 20 km south of the town of Chrudim and 30 km from Pardubice. The cottage is located in a popular tourist area, approximately 400 m from the water. The surroundings offer excellent conditions for swimming, walking, cycling (many marked cycling routes), fishing or visiting various historical and cultural sights - in short, a perfect place for a family holiday. In the area you can find, for example, the castles of Žleby (17 km) and Slatiňany (20 km), the ruins of the Žumberk castle (20 km), the open-air museum Veselý Kopec (18 km), the ruins of the Oheb castle with a nearby viewpoint (4 km) and much more.
