You live in a cottage with a large enclosed yard and a covered swimming pool (3x6m). Common room with fireplace, two sofa beds, dining tables for 18 people and TV. Kitchen with stylish tiled stove, el. stove with oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, kettle, cooking equipment and dishwasher. Modern bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Bedroom with 2 fold-out double beds. On the first floor, a total of 4 bedrooms – 2 with a double bed, TV and a sofa bed and one bedroom with a TV, a double bed and a sofa bed. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. In the basement, a games room with seating, fireplace, billiards and table football. From the playroom, the entrance to the upstairs bedroom with pallet sleeping - a total of 5 double beds and 2 single beds. The building is heated by central heating and a fireplace. A wellness room with a Finnish sauna, a luxurious whirlpool and a shower will make your stay more pleasant. In the yard, a large pergola with seating and grill, sandpit, children's playground, trampoline, soccer goals, bathtub and the already mentioned inground pool. There is also a court with a basketball hoop and goals. Parking in front of the building.

Location description

In South Bohemia, in a quiet part of the village of Leština, 3 km south of Strmilov, approx. 7 km northeast of the town of Kunžak and 19 km east of Jindřichova Hradec. Not far from the cottage is the Křivohlav pond with an area of ​​4ha, suitable for fishing (with a permit) and the Komorník pond in a beautiful wooded landscape with the possibility of swimming. For the beauty of nature, we recommend a trip to the Česká Kanada nature park, where in addition to climbing the Vysoký kámen peak (738 m above sea level), you can also see the famous granite boulder Ďáblova prdel. Monuments and interesting places in the vicinity include, for example, the Strmilovské underground 3 km, the Olšany castle 9 km, the ruins of the Vítkův Hrádek castle 12 km or the city of Jindřichův Hradec with the castle and the Hrádečko Zoo 22 km.
