Detached house, partially reconstructed in 2007/2008. Entrance, floor, spacious living room with a dining table, tile stove and open plan kitchenette with a stove (ceramic hob) and hot-flue oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, tea-kettle, microwave oven and dishwasher. Upstairs you will get to an upped living quarters of the living room with a three-piece suite (fold out one and half bed at the same time) and satellite TV. Bathroom with a bath, shower, double basin and entrance to the toilet. On the first floor you can find bedroom with a double bed (the room is connected with living room). Upstairs you will enter another part of bedroom with a three-piece suite (fold out one and half bed at the same time). Electric heating. The house stands at a road – opposite the house (across the street) there is a fenced garden with pergola, garden furniture, garden fire place, swing-bench and sunk swimming pool 5,5 x 4 m. Private parking place.

In Western Bohemia, at the edge of the village Bohdasice, ca. 7 km to the south from the town Susice and only 35 km from the border with Germany. The house stands on a hill with a fine view of a wonderful hilly countryside of Sumava mountains, of a valley, meadows and forests. In the surrounding you can find many sights, for example ruin Kasperk 5 km (you can see it also from your terrace), ruin Rabi, castles in Velhartice and Strakonice, chateau in Vimperk and others.
Distances: Shop (Dlouha Ves) 4 km, supermarket and restaurant (Susice) 7 km. Nature pool, boat, raft and bicycle rental (Susice) 7 km. In-door swimming pool and sauna in hotel Toš (Kasperske Hory) 5 km, another (Horazdovice) 24 km. Tennis courts (Kasperské Hory) 5 km. Horse riding (Divisov) 5 km. Water sports in the river Otava 4 km or 500 m on foot. Here you can also do fishing (with permit). Woods 200m.
