Entrance, spacious living room with a three-piece suite (extra bed for 2 people), satellite TV-set, DVD player, karaoke, pretty tile stove, dinette and with entrance to a terrace with wooden table and banks. Open plan kitchen with electric stove, refrigerator, coffee-maker, tea-kettle and microwave oven. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. In the first floor, you can find toilet with sink there and two bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with a double bed and one single bed. Heating (tile stove, electric). The house stands on a not fenced property, round swimming pool (3,6 m), mobile barbecue, fire place and sand pit at disposal. Private parking place.

You feel like being in Canada – in the middle of a beautiful countryside, in a wooden log-house! Stabling the horse for a fee of EUR 40,-/ week. Pets allowed - fee EUR 20,-/ week on site. Cot on request. The consumption of electricity over 50 kWh per week shall be paid on the spot. The house is suitable for maximum of 7 persons. The prices are scheduled only for maximum 5 persons, 2 extra persons possible for a fee on spot (EUR 80,-/pers./week).
Additional information for weekend stays:
The fee for each additional person over the total number of 5 people is 1500 CZK/ EUR 60 / person / stay on the spot. Dog fee 500 CZK/ EUR 20 / stay. Other animals, including horses, in agreement with the landlord. Electricity consumption is paid according to actual consumption.Price

In Western Bohemia, at the edge of the village Libkov, ca. 10 km to the west from the town Klatovy and ca. 32 km from the border with Germany, in the Bohemian forest countryside, which adjoins to Bavorský les. A beautiful view of the surroundings, a pond(suitable for swimming), meadows and woods. Ideal for walking, cycling, swimming and making various (cultural) trips. In the surroundings from 10 to 27 km there are towns Klatovy and Domžlice, a few ruins, chateaus and castle Švihov.
Distances: Supermarket and other restaurants (Klatovy) 10 km and (Domažlice) 18 km. Natural open-air pool – pond and lit tennis court only 100 m away. Open-air pool (Pocinovice) 3 km and (Kdyně) 8 km. In-door swimming pool and sauna (Klatovy) 10 km. Horse riding (Kdyně) 8 km. Woods 400 m.
