The house has a private lawn / playground, suitable for football, volleyball etc. Entrance hall, large living room with leather sofa, TV, DVD and video and access to the terrace with garden furniture. Kitchen with dining table for 7 persons, electric cooker, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and kettle. First bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed and two single beds. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms - one with a double bed, satellite TV, sofa and access to the private terrace with view to the garden. The third small bedroom, which is more suitable for children, is equipped with a smaller double bed. On the ground floor is a shower with a washing machine and a separate toilet. Electric heating. There is a large fenced garden with playground, small pool for children, garden furniture and barbecue. Garage where you can use the ping-pong table or store bicycles. Parking on private property at the house.
