    Comfortable detached house with two floors renovated in 2010. The house has a private lawn / playground, suitable for football, volleyball etc. Entrance hall, large living room with leather sofa, TV, DVD and video and access to the terrace with garden furniture. Kitchen with dining table for 7 persons, electric cooker, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and kettle. First bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed and two single beds. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms - one with a double bed, satellite TV, sofa and access to the private terrace with view to the garden. The third small bedroom, which is more suitable for children, is equipped with a smaller double bed. On the ground floor is a shower with a washing machine and a separate toilet. Electric heating. There is a large fenced garden with playground, small pool for children, garden furniture and barbecue. Garage where you can use the ping-pong table or store bicycles. Parking on private property at the house.

    In western Bohemia, in the village of Viteň, about 18 km south of Klatovy and only 30 km from the border with Germany. In the heart of Šumava, in the middle of a hilly nature reserve. Ideal opportunities for swimming, hiking, cycling, berry picking and various excursions. There are many attractions in the area, such as the ruins of the Church of St. Bartoloměje 12 km, Fort Březí 4 km, Castle Hořákov 6 km or waterfall Černá Strž 23 km.

      Short distance from monuments (castles, chateaux), pleasant and helpful behavior of Mr. Presl, beautiful nature in the surroundings.
