Detached, in 2018 partially renovated cottage with enclosed yard offers absolute privacy for your recreation. Entrance, hall with decorative stone cladding proving historical significance of the cottage. In the living room there is a sofa for 7 people, a fireplace and a TV. Separate kitchen with dining table for 6 persons. Kitchen is equipped with electric stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, kettle and tableware. Two bedrooms with double beds in the attic. In the second wing of the cottage is beautifully renovated bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Upstairs the third bedroom with a double bed, one single bed and one extra bed. The house is heated with electric heating or local stove. Guests can use a fireplace in enclosed yard, outside seating on the terrace or covered seating area with a grill suitable for bad weather or high temperatures. Above-ground swimming pool with a diameter of 3.5 m. Table tennis, basketball hoop and darts are available in the barn. Parking for 3 cars in front of the cottage.

Between Central and Norther Bohemia, not far from the Bohemian Central Highlands, on the edge of the small village Chrastín. Approximately 8 km east of Libochovice, 17 km west of Louny and about 45 km from Prague. The cottage is in the quiet outskirts of a village, enclosed yard provides absolute privacy. Just 500 metres from the cottage there is Stradonka lookout tower. With newly built cycling trails, the surroundings are ideal for cycling. As for other trips you can choose from many sights as castles - Peruc (4 km), Libochovice (8 km), Třebívlice (15 km), castles and ruins - Hazmburk (12 km), Budyně nad Ohří (14 km), Žerotín (14 km), Košťálov (20 km), spa Mšené (12 km), swimming pools – Louny (12 km), Slaný (22 km), Lovosice (25 km) or natural swimming place in Roudnice nad Labem (36 km). An interesting feature is Alum Lake in Chomutov (53 km). Swimming and fishing are also possible on the Ohře River (8 km).
