Open kitchen with gas stove, electric oven, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Nice bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. Bedroom with double bed and bunk bed. In the attic there is a go through bedroom with two single beds, a desk and access into a third bedroom with double bed and entrance to a roofed terrace. Central heating connected to a stoves and electric heating. Spacious, fenced garden, there is terrace, garden furniture with sunshade, portable grill, nice garden fireplace, rocking bench to disposal. Private parking for 2 cars, another 2 cars can be parked in front of the house.

One dog is allowed for a fee € 18,-/pet/week. The consumption of electricity over 50 kWh per week shall be paid on the spot. In the winter season you shell also pay a consumption of wood for a fireplace. The house is suitable for a maximum of 6/8 persons. Pool on the picture is not available.

In central Bohemia, on the outskirts of the village Kozly, about 5 km southwest from the town of Ceska Lipa. The house stands on a gentle slope, near the forest, between the protected landscape areas "Ceske stredohori" and "Kokorinsko", which is known for beautiful sandstone rocks and rock formations. Quiet place overlooking the garden and part of neighboring houses. Surrounding area offers good conditions for swimming, making many various sports and cultural activities and trips. There are many cultural and historical monuments, in the area, such as the monastery Ceska Lipa 6 km, the castle Zakupy 13 km and Benesov nad Ploucnici 18 km, the castle Bezdez 28 km and Kokorin 36 km, natural museum Zubrnice 28 km, castle Lemberk 32 km, Zoo Decin 30 km.
Distances: Basic food, supermarket, restaurant and other facilities (Ceska Lipa) 6 km. Natural swimming pool - 4 hectares large pond with a sandy beach and gradual entrance into a water (Dubice) 3 km. Aquapark, sauna, fitness, bowling, squash, tennis and bicycle hire (Ceska Lipa) 6 km.
