Free standing house built in 2011, cozy furnishings. Entrance hallway with stairs to the floor, living room with fireplace, sofa for 8 persons (including two single beds), TV with set-top box, a table for 8 people, garden access and a kitchenette with a ceramic hob and oven, fridge with freezer, microwave oven and kettle. Bathroom with shower and toilet. On the first floor there are three bedrooms. The first with a double bed and TV, one with a double bed and a single bed and the third with 3 single beds. Direct heating with electric heaters and fireplace. The house stands on its own, partially fenced plot with sitting area, fireplace and private parking.

One small dog allowed for a fee 500 CZK. Mobile internet is available upon agreement. Electricity shall be paid on spot. Consumption of briquettes for a fee (according to current prices). Fee 500 CZK for cleaning for stays with a dog. Outside the high season (July, August) you can book shortened terms by arrangement. This house is for a maximum of 8 persons.

The house is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of the village, just 250 meters from the pond Dulek and 2 km from the beautiful Osika pond with ideal conditions for swimming, boating and fishing. Calming view over the countryside, with a stream and woods behind the garden. Amazingly quiet place for a family vacation - while sitting in the garden, you can hear the sound of the stream and the birds singing. The whole area is ideal for hiking, biking (great paths), swimming, fishing, golf, visits to cultural and historical sites or business in Austria.
