Description of accommodation

Cottage after complete reconstruction in 2023 with hot tub, pool table and pleasant sitting in the barn. From the summer of 2024, a new above-ground pool with a diameter of 3.6 m. Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, basic kitchen equipment, washing machine and dishwasher. Stylishly equipped dining room. Living room for 10 to 12 people with a large table, television and a fully functional fireplace. Bathroom with shower, double sink and toilet. Common room with table and fireplace. Upstairs there are a total of three separate bedrooms. The first with a double bed and two single beds. The second with three beds and the possibility of an extra bed and the third bedroom with 3 single beds and the possibility of an extra bed. Separate WC. The building is air-conditioned. Garden with covered seating, fireplace with seating and barbecue with complete equipment. You can diversify your time in the spacious garden by playing skittles. Furthermore, a barn with a tastefully equipped games room with billiards, table football, table tennis and wall darts. Parking in front of the building.

Only a small breed pet is allowed for a fee of CZK 100/night. Refundable deposit CZK 5,000. Electricity is paid on site according to consumption. Wi-Fi connection available. Bed linen and towels included. An accommodation fee of CZK 50/person/night is paid on site. The object is suitable for a maximum of 12 people.

Location description

In the Moravian-Silesian region, in the picturesque village of Kozlovice, the village of the Wallachian Voivodes in the foothills of the Moravian-Silesian Beskydy, which is a peaceful stop in today's busy times. The cottage is located 10 km west of the town of Frýdlant nad Ostravicí, 12 km southeast of Příbor and 14 km southwest of Frýdek-Místek. From Kozlovice, you can go to three beautiful Ondřejníky mountains - Skalka, Solárka and Stará Úboč, from which you can see the surrounding area and the highest mountain of the Beskydy - Lysa hora. The village abounds in many hillsides and pastures, and each house is nicely set in it. There are many tourist destinations in the vicinity that can also be reached by bicycle, e.g. the ruins of Hukvaldy Castle 3 km, the Kopřivnice Automobile Museum 10 km, the Šipka Cave 13 km, the Štramberská Trúba lookout tower 14 km, the Hermitage with the statue of the god Radegast (cable car) and for hiking Javorník 14 km, Wallachian open-air museum 20 km and at Olešná in Frýdek-Místek the possibility of in-line skating, children's activities and evening sitting. The nearby mountain rope park Tarzánie 14 km can also be a distraction for children.
Distances: Basic food and restaurant with daily menu 200 m, post office, pharmacy, restaurant, ice cream (in the village) within 1 km. Aquapark, cinema, ATM, info center, supermarket (Frenštát pod Radhoštěm) 10 km. In winter, it is possible to ski in the Bílá ski area 30 km and the Rališka ski area in Horní Bečva 35 km.
