Detached house, newly built in 2012, very nice, comfortable and well equipped. The house consists of a spacious reception room, shared facilities and three fully equipped apartments (on is barrier-free).
Ground floor: entrance hall, spacious common room for 30 people, with dining tables and chairs, corner sofa, fireplace, satellite TV and open kitchen with bar, ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and kettle. Ladies and gents toilets. Terrace.
First apartment has a private entrance, living / bedroom with sofa and also double sofa bed, cable TV, dining table, open kitchen with 2 ceramic induction hobs, extractor hood, fridge, microwave and kettle. Bedroom with a double bed. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. From both rooms there is an access door to a private terrace. This apartment of 65m2 is barrier-free and suitable for 4 persons. Basement has a technical room and sauna, shower and toilet.
There is a landing and two almost identical apartments on the first floor. The only difference is that one of the apartments also has a private covered balcony. From the hall there is private access to the apartments. Small hallway, living / bedroom with sofa and also double sofa bed, extra bed, cable TV, dining table, open kitchen with 2 ceramic induction hobs, extractor hood, fridge, microwave and kettle. Bedroom with a double bed and an extra bed. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. These apartments can each accommodate up to 6 people. Living space of 52 m2.
The house stands on a vast plot of about 5000 m2, the garden is completely fenced, partially with a wall. Entrance through electric gate. At disposal are spacious terrace with wooden garden furniture, indoor garden house with open fireplace, sandpit, swing, jungle gym and a round wooden hot tub, diameter 1.7 m and covered swimming pool (lenght - 6 m). Covered parking for 5 cars.

Note on accommodation
Cot on request. One small dog (small breed) is permitted. Internet connection at disposal. There is a laundry room with washing machine and a room with table tennis. Deposit EUR 200,-. Consumption of electricity and consumption of water over 5 m3 shall be paid on spot (weekly stays have 5m3 included in the price). Hot tub for a fee (€ 20,-/week). In the heating season the heating costs are about EUR 40,- per day. Maximum occupancy of 16 persons + baby.
In South Moravia, on the outskirts of the village Rusava, on a gentle slope near the forest, about 10 km south of the town Bystrice pod Hostynem and about 30 km north of the city of Zlin. From the house you have a beautiful view over the meadows and forested mountains. You live here in the beautiful nature of the Hostynske hill / mountain landscape. Both sporty, as well as culturally and historically this area has much to offer. Castle ruins Obrany 3 km, castle Lukov 4 km, Castle Holesov 12 km, Castle Kromeriz 27 km, castle Helfstyn 25 km, Caves (Teplice nad Becvou) 30 km, castle Tovacov 40 km, open-air museum of folk architecture and more in Roznov pod Radhostem 40 km . Distances: Basic food and restaurant in the village 1 km away. Two restaurants within 1.5 km and 2 km. Supermarket (Bystrice) 10 km. Swimming pool with solar heating in the village 1 km. Reservoir for swimming (Rusava) 1 km. Indoor pool (Holesov) 12 km, aquapark (Hranice) 27 km. Tennis (Raztoka) 1 km, riding (Rusava - Podhradi) 3 km and (Jankovice) 8 km. Golf Course (Zlin - Kostelec) 25 km. Zoo (Lesna) 25 km. Fishing in the area (permit required). Forest 100 m. Winter info: Rusava ski resort, 1 km – (410 m high), skiing for children, ski school, 2 lifts, a ski lift for children, snacks, ski rental, evening ski. Other skiresorts are Tesak and Trojak. There are opportunities to cross country skiing, for example the cross-country „highway“ Hostynska.

The kids enjoyed it Minuses It would be worth fixing a few small things (tiles in the bathrooms or floating floor in the room)

Pluses Wonderful vacation, in a wonderful place. We have nothing to complain about, the cottage is perfect, the environment is wonderful, communication with the manager is flawless. We go somewhere different every year, but this was the first place where everything was really perfect. We will probably break the rule and repeat our stay sometime.
Pluses Excellent communication with Mr. Valoušek, who is in charge of the facility - he willingly advised us on everything, and helped us arrange some things we needed.
The surroundings of the facility are amazing, as is the facility itself, where parents and children can enjoy themselves, in any weather. A big advantage is the indoor pool, where children can be "hidden", even if it is not the warmest outside.
Thank you for a pleasant stay and we look forward to next year. Minuses Everything was absolutely fine, so there was nothing to "dislike".
Pluses Excellent communication with the property manager, who was also helpful in recommending restaurants in the area. The advantage of the property is certainly the indoor pool, which could be used even in bad weather. The view from the terrace of the surrounding nature was simply amazing. The facilities of the property are also great and allow for lots of activities, even with children, who really enjoyed their stay. We will definitely be happy to return. Minuses It would be good if there was a TV in the common room, and not just in the rooms. What we would definitely appreciate is some shading of the terrace (umbrella or awning), because in the afternoon it was impossible to sit there in the direct sun. The last thing that would be worth considering is the slippery tiles by the pool, which could be solved with an anti-slip mat or anti-slip paint. The children slipped repeatedly, but fortunately no one was hurt - I don't count minor bruises. A downright minor thing is the absence of a coffee machine in the common room - just a regular Nespresso capsule machine would be fine.
Pluses Great communication with both the owners and the gentleman and lady who take care of the cottage. Nice and helpful people. We will definitely come back again. Thank you very much, it was a wonderful holiday.

The Norwegian house was not warm even when the outside temperature was 35°C. Minuses ---
Pluses - equipment of the building itself including the division of rooms into apartments with their own bathrooms

- large common room
- the building has a big plus for the sauna, barrel, outdoor pool we could not test, but it will definitely be perfect Minuses - paying for heating the building a day in advance
- inaccurate information about heating the barrel (information was 5 hours, it took us 10 hours)
- dishwasher not working
- there could have been another fridge in the common room, there was a place there
