Former farm with closed yard, completely rebuilt, nice and comfortably arranged. From yard entrance to spacious social room with tables and chairs for 12 persons (not available in the months of October-March). Second entrance to the hall with access to 4 separate apartments. Each apartment has separate entrance.
Apartment 1: Entrance, hall, living bedroom with double bed (extra bed possible), dining table and TV. Kitchen nook (fridge, cooker with two plates, tea kettle and microwave oven) and bathroom with shower and toilet.
Apartment 2: Entrance, hall, living bedroom with double bed (extra bed possible), dining table, TV. Kitchen nook (fridge, cooker with two plates, tea kettle, microwave oven, coffee maker) and bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs two more apartments.
Apartment 3: Entrance, hall, living bedroom with double bed, dining table for 4 persons and TV. Kitchen nook (fridge, cooker with two plates, tea kettle, microwave oven). Second bedroom with two beds. Bathroom with shower and toilet.

Note on accommodation
Pets are not allowed. Washing machine and internet connection at disposal. Renting of 4 bikes possible in agreement with the landlord and for fee (ca. EUR 2,-/ bike per day). Multi-purpose playing field with artificial turf (volleyball, tennis, football,...) 250 m from the house for rent for fee by the landlord. Cot on request in advance. The consumption of electricity included in the price (April, May, June, July, August, September, October), in winter shall be paid on the spot (heating in winterseason is ca. EUR 120,-/week, outside the heating season heating after an agreement with the landlord and for fee). The prices in the price list are scheduled for an occupation of maximal 12 persons. Extra persons (max. 2 adults + 1 baby) are allowed for fee paid on spot: July, August, New Year's Eve week, Christmas week, February, March: EUR 40,-/pers./week, in other terms EUR 30,-/pers./week. In front, independent part of farm, lives landlord.
The weekend stays listed in the price list are valid for occupancy of the building by up to 6 people (in case of occupancy by 2-3 people, an individual price can be negotiated). When occupied by up to 12 people, the weekend price is EUR 460 (2 nights), each additional night is EUR 156.Price
