Accommodation in a area with three designer cottages that connect modern living with the beautiful nature of the Trebon protected landscape area, which you can enjoy directly from the terrace. They function as separate units for 4-5 people with their own lockable doors, but are always offered to only one group for the greatest comfort. Each cottage has a fully equipped kitchenette with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and dishwasher. There is also a living room with a dining table, sofa, fireplace and TV. Each cottage has a bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. The outer cottages have a double bed on the ground floor and 3 beds in the attic via a spiral staircase. The middle cottage, which connects the entire complex, has an attic bedroom with 4 beds. Air conditioning, a fireplace and underfloor heating are at disposal. The entire area is completely fenced, there is a Finnish sauna, an outdoor shower and a covered shared terrace with a grill. Each cottage also has its own seating area with direct access to the interior. It is possible to use a lockable bicycle storage room. Parking directly at the property for up to 4 cars (2 chargers available).

In South Bohemia, near the Lužnice River and the Vlkovský Pond, in a renowned pond-growing area and the Trebonsko Protected Landscape Area, 18 km from Trebon and 31 km from Ceské Budejovice. The accommodation is located in the quiet village of Vlkov, overlooking the pond and within easy reach of the local train station, from which you can reach all the interesting places in the surrounding area by train. The place is ideal for walks or bike rides along the dams of ponds, of which there are literally countless in the area. In addition to beautiful cycle paths and hiking trails under the treetops, you can find, for example, Cervená Lhota Chateau (28 km), the narrow-gauge railway in Jindrichův Hradec (24 km), the spa town of Trebon (18 km) or the town of Hluboká nad Vltavou with a fairy-tale castle and a nearby zoo (31 km).
