Free standing recreational house, newly built in 2008 a newly built and really cosy furnished. The ground floor: an entry, hall, living room with sofa, a dining table for 8 people, fireplace, TV / SAT and music player. Open kitchen which has an electric stove with a ceramic cook top plate, refrigerator, kettle and microwave. Bathroom has shower and toilet. Bedroom has a double bed. First floor: a small hall, a second bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, and three other bedrooms – each one with a double bed and one of them offers also two extra beds. You can heat up the house by the fireplace or there is also an electric central heating system. The house stands on its own not fenced grounds. Pergola with wooden fourniture and fireplace. Private parking is there at you disposal.

One dog is allowed.. Water is being heated up by an electric boiler with a capacity of 150 litres (night current). The house is suitable for a maximum of 8/9 persons.

On the north-west of Slovakia, in the village Oscadnica, about 14 km east of the city Cadca in the triangle only about 10 of the state border with the Czech Republic and Poland. House stands at an altitude of approximately 860 m n. m., in the beautiful protected area “The mountain of Beskydy” with the highest mountain Great Raca (1236 m high). In the vicinity there are lots of hiking and biking trails, sports facilities and various cultural and historical sights.
Distances: The essential grocery is 300 m far, restaurant 1 km, supermarket 5 km. There is also an indoor swimming pool and other facilities. Outdoor pool (Hamilton - the Czech Republic) 30 km, horse riding (Oscadnica) 10 km, the forest is only about 50 m far
Winter info: Beautiful and well-known winter sports centre "Snowparadise" Oscadnica – Velka Raca with three ski locations (Dedovka, Marguska and Laliky) is located only 1 to 3 kilometers (2 chairlifts - four- and six-seater, eight-seater cablewayt, 3 lifts, 13 slopes with total length of 14 km, 10 km of cross-country trails, artificial snow, night skiing, ski-service, ski school, ski-busses every half hour). - Photogallery
