Entrance, living room in two levels with sitting suit, fireplace, TV with satellite, DVD and dining table. Modern kitchen with four electric hotplates, fridge, coffee maker, tea kettle and microwave oven. Luxurious bathroom with shower, bidet and toilet. Bedroom with double bed. Upstairs second bedroom with two single beds (it can be used as double bed) and third bedroom with folding bed (1,5 bed). Both bedroom have balcony. Second bathroom with a shower and a toilet. Electric heating. Partly fenced garden, pergola, wooden garden furniture and garden fire at disposal. Swimming pool cca 4.5 x 3 m with filtration. Own parking-site for 1 car.

In small holiday village together with other 24 cottages, in village Hruskov, ca 30 km southeast of Prague. House stands in a calm place, at the edge of forest, in mild slope. Nice view of other cottages, garden and forest. House stands in holiday area near ponds Jevanske rybniky and river Sazava. Good connection to Prague – on highway ca 30 km. In surrounding a lot of sights – castles, closter. Monastery Sazava 8 km, hunting castle Konopiste and golf course 20 km, castle Jemniste 28 km, temple St. Barbora Kutna Hora 38 Km.
Distances: Shops, restaurants, supermarket and tennis ground (Stříbrná Skalice) 1 km. Swimming and water sports in a pond 200 m and 9 km (Jevany). Fishing (with permission) 200 m.
