Detached cottage on its own, fenced plot, after reconstruction in 2010, pleasantly and comfortably furnished. Entrance, dining room connected to the living room, which is seamlessly connected to the kitchen. Kitchen with electric two-burner stove, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, kettle and kitchenware. The kitchen has a stove, where you can also cook. In the back of the kitchen there is a shower with hot water. In the living room a seating group for 5 people (foldable into an extra bed for 1 person), coffee table, dining table for 6 people. From the living room there is access to a covered terrace with seating and garden views. In the attic there is a spacious central bedroom with a double bed, two single beds and access to the balcony. Separate toilet outside, accessible from the back of the cottage. Heating of the cottage with electric heaters and local stove. Guests have at their disposal a large fenced garden, wooden garden furniture, portable grill, fireplace, sandpit for children and an above-ground pool with a diameter of 3 m with filtration. Parking by the pond 200 m from the cottage.

In the Central Bohemian Region, 17 km north of the historical center of Prague and 18 km south of Kralupy nad Vltavou. The cottage is located in a quiet place in the recreation area of Brnky. In the surroundings you will find beautiful nature, with many excursion destinations. We definitely recommend a visit to the Drahanské Valley (5 km), which offers beautiful routes especially for hikers (but also cyclists). The valley will captivate you with romantic nooks, viewpoints and Drahanský mill. In Prague, you should not forget a walk through the historic center (Prague Castle, St. Vitus Cathedral, Astronomical Clock, Charles Bridge, Golden treet). With children you can visit the Prague Zoo, the botanical garden or the DinoPark Harfa. The largest aquapark in the Czech Republic, Aquapark Čestlice, offers water entertainment in the form of many water slides and waves. Klecany Castle (4 km), Karlštejn Castle (50 km) and Prague Castle (18 km) should not be missing among the excursion destinations in the area. You can then go fishing on the Vltava River, 500 m away.
