You occupy one of two completely identical, in 2009 newly built bungalows, which stands on a common fenced land. The bungalows are nicely and comfortably furnished. Entrance, hallway, living room with sofa (also an extra bed), satellite TV and a dining table for 4 persons. Open kitchen with a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave oven and electric kettle. Bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Gas heating. There is a roofed terrace with garden furniture. For both bungalows together there is a beautifully maintained and fully fenced garden, garden furniture (tables and benches) with fireplace, billiards, darts, table tennis and a covered swimming pool 9 x 4,5 x 1,5 m to disposal. Possibility of parking in the garage.

One pet allowed (€ 18,-/pet/week). Possibility of renting bicycles. Bed linen and tea towels at disposal. Refundable deposit in an amount of € 40,-. On the large lend there also stands a house of the landlord. The second bungalow is also for rent and is found under our code LH 0001 B. The electricity and gas consumption shell be paid on the spot. The cottage is suitable for up to 4/5 persons.

At the foot of the mountains Luzicke, on the outskirts of the picturesque village Prachen, about 4 km east of the town Novy Bor, 14 km from the town of Ceska Lipa. The house stands by the forest, near the famous rock formation Panska skala. The surrounding area is ideal for making many of various trips, great for hiking and biking – there are many trials in the neighbourhood. From the wide range of attractions lets name for example the rock castle Sloup 8 km (in summer there take place concerts of classical music and there is a popular forest theater, which daily offers interesting performances for children and adults), chateau Benesov nad Ploucnici 17 km, the ruins of the castle Tolstejn 23 km, the town Decin with a chateau and a Zoo 23 km, National park Czech Switzerland, with its unique nature, rock formations and beautiful landmark - known Pravcicka gate 36 km.
