On the raised ground floor, living room with leather sofa, TV with DVD and games console, fireplace and dining table. New kitchenette with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine and kettle. Access to the terrace from the living room. Bathroom with shower and sink. Separate WC. In the attic, a walk-through room with a single bed and a desk, from which there is an entrance to the second bedroom with four single beds and a double bed. Heating with electric direct heaters and fireplace stoves. Possibility to store skis and bikes in the garage. There is a technical room with a washing machine, a place for cooking fish and a refrigerator for storing catches. Guests can use the garden with outdoor seating, a fire pit and grill, and an area for ball games. Parking for up to 3 vehicles directly above the cottage.

In South Bohemia, approx. 300 m from the famous Lipno Dam, 7 km from Frymburk and 32 km from Český Krumlov. The cottage is located in the holiday village of Hrdoňov near the village of Kovářov and lies directly next to a small forest and meadow. You can therefore spend hot summer days under mature trees with a view of nature. The place is especially suitable for fishermen - nearby Lipno, an outdoor fish pool and a technical room in the basement of the cottage for cooking create excellent conditions for fishermen. If you plan to spend your vacation actively, we recommend a visit to, for example, the monastery in Vyšší Brod (25 km), treetop trails and bobsleigh tracks in Lipno nad Vltavou (15 km), Rožmberk Castle (24 km) and, of course, Český Krumlov with its chateau, castle and historical center.
