Free-standing cottage, cosily furnished. Entry, hallway, living room with sitting area, dining area, fireplace, tile stove and TV (Czech programs only). Open kitchen with electric stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric tea kettle and microwave oven. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Bedroom with a double bed. Upstairs there is the second spacious bedroom with a double bed and two single beds. Heating with stove or electric. Cottage stands on its own ground, at disposal terrace, garden furniture with parasol, portable grill and fireplace. Garage and own parking lot.

At the Lipno-lake, in the protected landscape area of Bohemian Forest (Sumava), on the edge of a small holiday village called Lipno-Hory, ca. 6 km west of the town Horni Plana. Cottage stands on a quiet place, in a gentle slope, about 250 m from the bank of Lipno-lake. From the cottage is a wonderful view of the panorama of Bohemian Forest (Sumava) and mountains, which reach a height of up to 1.378 m above sea level. On the two terraces you can enjoy the sun in the morning as well as in the afternoon. In the area you can run various activities – bike on the beautiful cycle-ways, sail on catamarans or boats, hike in the mountains or také some trips to visit the many natural beauties as the Plesne-lake or virgin forest Boubin, ship with the steamer across Lipno-lake, do fishing (permit required) and much more. In the vicinity there is also a lot of sightseeings – e. g. the historic town and castle Cesky Krumlov (protected by UNESCO) 33 km, monastery Zlata Koruna 40 km, chateau Vimperk 44 km, castle Rozmberk 51 km.
Distances: Basic foods, supermarket and restaurant (Horni Plana) 6 km or (Nova Pec) 7 km. In-door swimming pool (Cesky Krumlov and Prachatice) both 34 km.
