Cottages - type two under one roof (you inhabit one half of the double-cottage), newly built in 2005. Entry, hall, living room with two beds, dining area, stove. Open kitchenette with electric cooker with two plates, refrigerator, coffee maker, tea kettle and microwave oven. Bathroom with shower bath and toilet. First floor: bedroom with double bed and one separate bed. Cottage stands on own property. Garden furniture and portable grill at disposal. There is pergola, fireplace and grill and table tennis at clients disposal in the complex. Heating with wood (stove). Own parking lot with a possibility of boat parking (clients can put the boat on the water in yacht club in Černá v Pošumaví).

One small dog allowed (small breed only). Bedlinen at disposal. The consumption of electricity shall be paid on the spot, wood at disposal for free (after agreement). Accommodation is suitable for max. 3/5 persons. After an agreement it is possible to arrange a special stay (minimum of 3 nights) in the off season.

Shop with basic necessities during high season 200 m, during low season 1,5 km, supermarket 10 km, restaurant 100 m and 1,5 km. In high season boarding possibilities in „Hotel Jestrabi“ . In-door swimming pool, sauna and golf course in „Landal Park“ Lipno 19 km, tennis court 50 m. Bikes for rent 10 km. This cottage is situated in very attractive area, 200 m from beach near Lipno Lake with swimming and water sports possibilities. Fishing possibilities (with a fishing permit). Boats, surfboats and pedal boats for rent 100 m and 2 km. Forest 100 m.
