Detached cottage on its own fenced property. Entrance, kitchen with gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, kitchenware and wood stove. Living room with seating group (2 extra beds), dining table, TV and a fireplace. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. In the attic, a bedroom with two double beds (200x140 cm) and a single bed and a second bedroom with three beds. Access to the balcony from the second bedroom. All beds were replaced with new beds in 2020. The building is heated by electric heaters, fireplace and stove. Terrace with garden sitting and awning. Guests have a fenced garden with garden grill, fireplace and sandpit for children. Parking by the house for up to 3 vehicles.

On the border of Central Bohemia and Pilsen region, in the Křivoklátsko conservation area, 10 km from the town of Zbiroh and about 40 km west of Beroun. The cottage is situated on the edge of a quiet village Ostrovec (Ostrovec-Lhotka), with a view of the surrounding hills and forests. The vicinity of the cottage is interesting especially in terms of natural sights. You can find here the national nature reserve Kohoutov (5 km), eye-catching Skryje lakes with a waterfall (4 km) or another reservation V Horách with the largest yew forest in the Czech Republic. This area was often chosen as a place of recreation by medieval rulers. As a result, there is a large concentration of castles and chateaux. The best known include the chateaux Zbiroh (12 km) and Nižbor (33 km), the castle Točník with the neighboring castle Žebrák (20 km), the ruins of Krakovec castle (23 km), one of the oldest royal castles Křivoklát (33 km) and many others.
