Free standing cottage, in 2008 newly built and very well equipped. Entry hall, living room with sofa (also double sofa bed), fireplace and television. Modern open kitchen with electric cooker with ceramic hot plate, fridge, electric kettle, dishwasher and microwave oven. Bathroom with bath, separate toilet. In the floor there are two identical bedrooms - each with double bed, one single bed and balcony. Electric heating. Cottage stands on its own fencless land, there is garden furniture and a fireplace. Own parking.

You can use all the equipment neighboring hotel for the price as hotel guests. Pets are not allowed. Consumption of electricity is paid in full on the spot to the landlord. The cottage is suitable for a maximum of 6/8 persons.

On the north Moravia, on the outskirts of the village Hynčice pod Sušinou, approximately 6 km west from the town Staré Město. Cottage stands on a slope, by the forest and near the stream, at an altitude of about 700 m above sea level, overlooking the forest and hilly landscape. The area offers ideal conditions for hiking and biking, horseback riding and many various trips.
Distances: Basic Food (Staré Město) 6 km, supermarket (Hanušovice) 12 km. Restaurant in the hotel adjacent to the cottage 40 m. You can also find many other facilities such as indoor and outdoor swimming pool, sauna, bowling, fitness, table tennis, possibility to rent a bicycles and horseback riding. Horseback riding and tennis courts (Staré Město) 6 km. Swimming and doing water sports in the pond in Poland, 20 km. Fishing (with permit) in the river Krupá 4 km. The forest 50 m.
Winter info: Two lifts and slopes only about 500 m away. Ski bus runs directly from the cottage. In the surroundings there are several winter resorts such as Ramzová - Šerák, Velké Vrbno, Stribrnice 10 km, Kunčice 9 km,Petříkov and Branná.
