Free standing cottage, in 2009 newly built and well furnished. Entrance, veranda. Living room with sofa, dining table, fireplace and television. Open kitchen with electric cooker with ceramic hot plate, oven, refrigerator, electric kettle and microwave oven. In the first floor there is a nice bathroom with bath and toilet. Furthermore, two bedrooms - one with two double beds and one with three single beds, one of which may be decomposed (extra bed). Heated by fireplace. Terrace with pergola and garden furniture. Spacious, shared garden, ther is a fireplace, swing and trampoline (diameter 4 m) at disposal. Own parking.

Pets are not allowed. WiFi Internet connection. On the spot shall be paid: fee for using sauna (EUR 10,-/hour) and fee in an amount of CZK 2500,- (= water, electricity and wood consumption, boat, pedal boat). Use of a bathing barrel if interested (CZK 2,000/filling with water that lasts a certain number of days depending on the weather + additional fee for heating depending on use) Massage after agreement with landlady. Washing machine available for a fee 130,-Kč/batch. Guests have to take with them their own bed-linen. The complex consists of buildings of the former water mill, farm buildings, residential building (in which there is a rented apartment on the first floor - can be found under code VC 0174) and cottage (code VC 0173). The cottage is suitable for up to 7 persons.

In the Czech-Moravian Highlands, in the middle of beautiful countryside, almost secluded, by the pond Dolní Kladiny. The house stands near the village of Dolní Kladiny, about 10 km east of the town Pelhřimov. Quiet location, surrounding area offers good conditions for hiking, biking, swimming, fishing and many various trips. Castle Kámen 25 km, Castle Kamenice nad Lipou 31 km, monastery Želiv 14 km, Castle Lipnice Sázavou 20 km.
Distances: Basic Food (Zachotín) 1 km, restaurant (Velký Rybník) 6,5 km, supermarket (Pelhřimov, Humpolec) 10 km. Indoor and outdoor pool with whirlpools and water slides (Pelhřimov) 10 km. Aquapark (Jihlava) 22 km. Tennis court (Zachotín) 1 km, horse riding (Mladé Bříště) 5 km. There is possibility for children to ride on a horseback 500 m. Fishing (with permit) in a water tank (Sedlice) 10 km. The house stands right to the large pond Kladiny. Only 40 m from the house is possible to go swimming, doing water sports (you can bring your own surf) or rent a boat or pedal boats. The forest 200 m.
