Cozy cottage-type "two under one roof", but you do not see the neighbors at all. The cottage is comfortably furnished. Entrance, hall, living room with sofa (extra bed at time needed), two armchairs, fireplaces, TV and entrance to a roofed terrace with garden furniture. Dining table for 4 persons. Kitchenette with gas stove, fridge, kettle and microwave oven. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Bedroom with double bed and bunk. Heated by stove on wood. Cottage stands on its own (fencles) land, there is a garden fireplace with seating. Garage and own parking.

In East Bohemia, on the edge of a nice little holiday village by the water reservoir Sec. The settlement is located near the village Hoješín, about 11 km north of the town Chotěboř. Cottage is situated on a quiet spot at the edge of the forest on a gentle slope, and there is a beautiful view over the meadows, volleyball playgrounds, fireplace and further the dam and the forest. You have complete privacy at the fireplace with sitting next to the cottage. Ideal place for a quiet family holiday, excellent conditions for swimming (by walk only 50 m), water sports, fishing, gathering forest fruit, riding a bike or making many various trips. Ruins Oheb 8 km, open-air museum Veselý Kopec 18 km, Castle Žleby 18 km, the ruins Radochlín 19 km, castle and hypological museum Slatiňany 27 km.
Distances: Basic food and restaurant in a village 1.5 km. Summer Restaurant (open only in July and August) 300 m. Supermarket (Seč) 6 km, and (Chotěboř) 11 km. Swimming pool and tennis court (Třemošnice) 10 km. On the other side of the dam, about 800 m by boat or 8 km by car, is Jezerka hotel, where you will find an indoor pool, sauna, tennis court and heated outdoor pool. Horse riding (Kovářov) 10 km.
